This is how to read the lists:
If I take (first column) takes total and (second column) takes per day I get (third column) points per take (ppt). So if you have taken 500 zones after one week, and the last day you take 25 zones, the next 24 hours you will get 129 ppt. If you manage to take 50 zones this day, you will get 139 per zone the next day. If you now skip one day you will lose the daily bonus but you will keep your total taken zones bonus of 115 ppt for the next day.
In this list it's a bit easier to get max bonus points per zone. Skip a day and it will hurt your totals.
